  Wildlife: The Friends of Judy Woods events programme illustrates the plethora of wildlife that                   can be found in Judy Woods – bats, birds, wildflowers and mammals.

Beech was a fashionable tree to plant in the 18^th Century – for it’s looks and to provide wood to make shuttles and bobbins for textile industry that once thrived in Bradford and the surrounding area.
