Sleep Apnea.

This poor Fellow has a sleeping condition known as sleep apnea, he sleeps most of the time. In the picture he is dreaming of flying about on his favourite chair with two faced angels and flying young whippersnappers and a powerfull bird underneath him, lifting him high into the sky. This is the third stage of sleep. In reality he never sleeps at all, for he never reaches the fourth and fifth stage of deep sleep.
