When I left school at fifteen years old I managed to get a job as an apprentice in the iron foundry of Crofts Engineers.

For several years I went to Pudsey College of further education to learn foundry and craft theory and practise part one and two. I will tell a story of my time there to compliment these great images of one the largest employers in Bradford at the time.
