Some derelict flats.

We could not see any Graffiti on these flats but somehow we feel these pictures belong in this section, it shows what is really happening in our so called wealthy Country, this is a form of Government Graffiti, these pictures are simply showing that deprivation and squalor does exist in 2008. Graffiti is the poor mans way of making a statement, showing off his or her artistic abilities.

These pictures are also making a statement, they are saying that the Government and indeed Parliament don't give a toss. Full stop.
