M 62 Graffiti?

We are not reet sure about this one, you could say the grass has been defaced so therefore it must be Graffiti. We noticed it on the way to Manchester airport last week [sept 2008].  So We took some pictures on the way back, unfortunately at 69 miles an hour you have not got much chance of focusing properly but the pictures are not that bad. The buildings to the lower right are all boarded up, we have noticed a large amount of houses and  buildings throughout Britian that are in this condition, it makes one wonder if there is an housing shortage or just a money shortage.
